Terri Patten

Terri Patten has been an integral part of the NPI faculty for over 9 years, bringing her wealth of experience and knowledge in and out of the classroom. Prior to her full-time teaching role, she contributed as an assistant in the NPE kindergarten class while pursuing her nursing degree at OU Nursing College. Transitioning into a career solely focused on education, Terri pursued her passion further and obtained a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University. Other professional ventures include an active member of the PTO and Lead Teacher of NPIs Student Council. Beyond her professional achievements, Terri is a devoted wife of 21 years and a proud mother of three children. Her eldest child is employed full time in Oklahoma City, another is in college, and her youngest is a Senior at Choctaw High School. At home, Terri cares for a diverse group of animals, including horses, chickens, donkeys, cats, and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys indulging in intrigue and suspenseful novels, horseback riding, going on motorbike adventures with her husband, and traveling back to her home country of Canada. Family, friends, and her faith in God serve as Terri's greatest sources of inspiration and motivation in both her personal and professional life.
